This is Alice’s second semester at MSU and she could not be any happier about her decision to come to Red Hawk Country. She is an English Major who has just been accepted into the English Education Subject Certification Program this semester, for which she is very elated to start, but also very eager to finish. Her ultimate goal is to help educate the impressionable youth of America, not only academically, but to also have them learn to uphold themselves in very democratic and unselfish humane ways. Her biggest influences are Mother Teresa and her very own mother; both have taught her that “It is in the giving that we receive.” Alice cannot possible express with adequate words how much she is looking forward to the Nicaragua delegation in January. She is very thankful and feels very blessed for this incredible opportunity, because she already knows that it will be the beginning of something new and wonderful in her life.
